Haliburton Sculpture Project is ready to be launched on Thursday June 21st at 2:00pm and I am pleased to be a sponsor of this project. I think the town owes a big thank you to Jim Blake who has spearheaded this project. It's going to be a great addition to our beautiful little town. Hopefully I'll be able to get some photos soon of the artistry that will be on display.
What is Cottage Country Yarn Crawl?
We are a ‘group of eight’ yarn shops nestled in picturesque
cottage country, the ideal setting for a relaxing road
trip through the back roads of Ontario. From shimmering
shorelines to towering pine forests, quiet historic villages,
wide open farmlands and breathtaking vistas at every turn
of the road, this is where summertime begins….
Bring along your passport and have it stamped at each of
the shops listed between June 9th - September 3rd 2018.
Drop off your passport at the last shop on your route to be
entered in our GRAND PRIZE DRAW! If you can’t
make it to every shop before Sept 3rd, you may still drop
off passport at the last stop on your crawl for a chance to
win one of THREE runner up prizes. Don’t forget to collect
your BONUS stamp available ONLY on the kick off
date- June 9th at Kawartha Yarn & Fibre Festival and enter
to win the KYAFF BONUS CRAWL prize.
Be sure to ask for your FREE limited edition CRAWL
BUTTON and collect one CLUE at each shop for our
MYSTERY CRAWL COWL. Collect all 8 clues to knit
your own keepsake cowl!
